Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Sydney Area for a Senior Migration Agent / Lawyer. The Senior Migration Agent / Lawyer will be responsible for managing and processing visa applications, providing expert advice and support to clients, handling appeals and representing clients before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). The role involves extensive client interactions, legal research, documentation, and ensuring compliance with migration laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in migration laws and procedures
- Experience in processing visa applications and handling appeals
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Legal research and documentation skills
- Ability to represent clients effectively before tribunals
- Registered Migration Agent or a qualified Lawyer
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Experience in the technology, construction, or hospitality sectors is a plus
