We have an Immediate opportunity for an internal sales & support consultant to join our team.

If you are an enthusiastic and self-motivated high-achiever, with a natural flair for engaging customers and building strong relationships, this could be your next great career step.

As a part of our internal sales & support team you will nurture an existing customer base to secure ongoing sales and be the contact point for customer support enquiries. You will have the constant support of sales & marketing teams to be successful in this role whilst you build skills to progress to future opportunities within the business.

Broadly, the role will include pro-active calls to trade customers to secure sales, sales and administration processing, and responding to customer enquiries and communicating with the relevant team to resolve quickly.

What we are looking for:

Some previous experience in direct sales and /or customer service

An enthusiasm for working to targets and goals

A proven determination in delivering outstanding customer service

Great organisation and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Confidence with online and phone communications

Confident computer skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team

Is a fast learner with exceptional time management skills

Any experience with Hubspot CRM an advantage
