Our client is a leading industrial organisation, they work with clients to provide a high quality service which is flexible, transparent and continuously improving. With a growth strategy in place, this is an exciting time for a strong OD Professional to join a highly motivated team.
THE ROLEYou will provide strategic direction and recommendations to the GM of Talent, and people team in the implementation of Early Careers Strategies. You will partner with external providers to identify, design and develop learning initiatives to meet development needs that are aligned to the strategy. You will support, collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders to deliver core components of the program and design and deliver presentations, facilitate meetings, welcome inductions and project workshops.
THE CRITERIATo be successful you will have proven experience designing enterprise-wide leadership and capability programs across diverse sectors. You will have strong commercial acumen with a strong track record in stakeholder engagement at all levels.
