The team is led by the legendary 4 in 1 strategist Peter Huang, who pioneered the success in Health, Family, Career and Property, the author of three books, the latest being "4 in 1, No or Little Money Down" to be published soon. He started his journey with $100 in Australia in 1991, and the completion value of the development sites alone that he personally invested in his life is worth around $2b. He walks the talk and leads by example for everything he coaches, and he has generated around $70 million worth of sales over the last few months while managing a large group operation.

A well-established international real estate group with offices in Brisbane and China, it has been in business since 1995. Headquartered in Pacific Centre, Sunnybank Hills, developed by Peter Huang in 2001, it is one of Queensland's top 400 private companies, offering extensive prospecting, marketing and admin support as part of the full-service offerings by Yong & BESTTA, like no others.
