About the Role

This role is being offered as part-time, but if you're looking for full-time opportunities, we're open to the right person stepping into that.

As our new Assistant Property Manager, you won't just be ticking boxes — you'll be hands-on with every part of the property management process. From helping with routine inspections to supporting lease renewals, maintenance, and tenant relationships, no two days are the same.

You'll work closely with our entire team — sales, admin, finance, and BDMs — because we believe success happens when we work together.

This isn't just a stepping stone — it's a launch pad. We're big on training, development, and internal growth. If you've got the passion, we've got the path to take you to the next level.

What You'll Need
  • Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate or have completed the registration course (and be ready to apply).
  • Availability to work part-time, with flexibility for full-time if it's the right fit.
  • A love for learning and jumping in wherever needed.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
