The Role
We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic events coordinator
with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

- Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.
Your efforts will enrich our events and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.
Key/Main Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including conferences, webinars, podcast, and other online events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met.
- Develop event timelines, schedules, and agendas to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee event operations, handling any issues that arise during the event.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and reports to assess event success and areas for improvement.
- Maintain relationships with speakers, sponsors, and operational team for future collaborations.
- Stay updated with event trends and best practices for innovative event planning.
- A desire to make a sustainable world and better future for all.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Events Management, or other relevant field.
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in an event management role, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to run online events.
Preferred Requirements
- Fluency in English (preferred).
- Willingness to learn new skills
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
- A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
