Are you an organised, outgoing and detail-driven professional who loves creating seamless guest experiences? Luna Group is looking for a Bookings Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Managing everything from restaurant reservations and private functions to VIP booths and guestlist bookings across our premier venues in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Bookings/Events

As our Bookings Coordinator, you'll oversee all incoming booking enquiries across Luna Group's restaurants and nightclubs. You'll manage function and group reservations, allocate tables, and handle VIP and nightlife bookings with care and professionalism.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless journey.

You'll also work closely with our management and marketing teams to help grow bookings, meet key performance targets, and maximise venue occupancy.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to all booking enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate restaurant, function, and large group bookings across multiple venues
  • Handle VIP booth and guestlist bookings for Luna Group's nightclub venues
  • Liaise with guests to confirm details, menus, and special requests
  • Work closely with venue managers to ensure booking details are clearly communicated and executed
  • Maintain accurate booking systems and reports
  • Drive booking growth and conversion rates through proactive communication and follow-ups
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs related to booking volume, accuracy, and guest satisfaction
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions by managing special event bookings

  • Ability to multitask across venues and systems in a fast-paced environment

  • Confidence working with booking systems and CRM tools

  • Availability to occasionally work flexible hours around key events or functions
