What You'll Do

  • Build and manage strong relationships with private hospital clients - you'll be their first call when they need cover.
  • Get to know our nurses - their skills, availability, and where they like to work - so you can match the right person to the right shift.
  • Manage incoming shift requests and allocate nurses quickly and accurately.
  • Proactively monitor outstanding requests and fill gaps fast.
  • Partner with the candidate services team to grow our nursing pool

Who You Are

  • A seasoned recruiter, ideally with experience in Healthcare
  • Comfortable picking up the phone or walking into a hospital to maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised, self-motivated and a team player focused on outcomes
  • Resilient, curious, and have a win for all attitude
