Business Development Representative

Industry: AI enablement + AI recruitment
We're looking for a high-energy BDR to drive outbound prospecting and book meetings. You'll run multi-channel outreach, make 30+ calls a day, qualify leads, and create early-stage pipeline for our AI consulting and AI recruitment offerings. This role is ideal for someone who's proactive, confident with high-volume outreach, and comfortable speaking with leaders, operations, founders, and execs.
Strong communication, self-motivation, and previous BDR/SDR experience are essential. Perform well during the contract, and you'll have a clear pathway into a full-time role with uncapped bonus.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in the Greater Sydney Area for a Business Development Representative. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and identifying business opportunities. The candidate will manage the sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business targets. The position requires excellent communication skills to represent the company's offerings and develop tailored value propositions for clients.
What we are looking for
- Comfortable making outbound calls and driving top-of-funnel activity
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or BDR/SDR roles
- Ability to work autonomously, stay organised, and hit activity targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and managing a clean pipeline
- Interest in AI and ability to learn AI-related concepts quickly is a strong plus
