We are a special steel stockist based in Braeside, seeking a motivated individual to join our team in an Internal/External Sales & Warehouse position.

About the Role:

This is a varied role that involves both sales and warehouse duties, requiring the ability to multi-task and work both independently and within a team as needed.

Attention to detail is a must to ensure accuracy in sales, warehouse, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with internal and external sales
  • Handling warehouse operations (stock handling, packing, dispatch)
  • Providing customer support and processing orders
  • Performing basic administrative duties
  • Using basic computer skills for order entry and inventory management
  • Communicating effectively with customers – great phone skills are essential

What We're Looking For:

  • Attention to detail is a must
  • No prior industry knowledge required, but it's a bonus
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Basic computer skills (knowledge of MYOB is a bonus)
  • Great phone skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
