The Atlantic Restaurant, based in one of Australia's largest multi-entertainment hubs, Crown Entertainment Complex, is seeking full-time and casual Chef de Parties and Chefs.

The Atlantic Restaurant is renowned for delivering a world-class dining experience, focused on fresh, high-quality seafood, and premium produce. Our team is committed to culinary excellence, innovation, and creating memorable dining experiences.

The Role

We're seeking full-time and casual Chef de Parties and Chefs to prepare, cook and plate to specification across service, uphold our standards, and support a smooth pass in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to the highest standard for the Pasta or Hot/Grill sections.
  • Ensure all food is prepared consistently and to the required quality during service.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff, ensuring they follow best practices.

About You

  • Expertise in preparing and executing dishes in the Pasta and/or Hot/Grill sections.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • A genuine passion for food, creativity, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • A true passion for hospitality and be committed to delivering products of the highest quality
  • The availability to work across the restaurant's trading hours including nights and weekends
  • Food safety certifications
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and OH&S standards
  • Rights to work in Australia in a permanent ongoing position
