Do you love being super organised, chatting with people, and working in the production and creative industry? Vidsta is a fast-growing global content agency working with some of the world's most exciting brands. We're looking for a Client & Production Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly.

This is a junior role perfect for an organised production assistant who is just starting their career. You may not have a degree but you do have a natural talent for keeping things organised, communicating quickly with people, and a passion for film, video, watching ads or content creation.

What you'll do

  • Be the first point of contact for clients once a project is underway.
  • Coordinate shoots: confirm details with videographers/photographers, create and share briefs, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and what they need to capture/edit.
  • Keep clients updated on progress and next steps, ensuring they feel supported from start to finish.
  • Work closely with our editing team: collect notes, pass on feedback, and track revisions from clients.
  • Help coordinate project timelines, making sure deadlines are met.
  • Support the manager with general admin and project coordination.

What we're looking for

  • Super organised - you love to-do lists, calendars, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Confident communicator - you're comfortable talking to clients and freelancers on phone, email, or chat.
  • Interest in film and video production (bonus points if you've done a little editing, photography, or worked on shoots before).
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • No degree required - we value skills, attitude, and organisation more than formal study.

Job Types: Casual, Freelance

Pay: $24.95 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 38 per week
