This would not be possible without the continued efforts of the production team and the relationships we maintain between our suppliers and our internal design team. Universal Store is seeking a driven Production Coordinator to join our Product Team in Brisbane. You'll be building strong relationships with our local and international suppliers to maximise the value and ensure the end product aligns with our commitment and values. In your role, you'll be supporting the design and product teams with advice and specialised analysis to support them in achieving the continued growth of our private labels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating tech packs and managing costing.
  • Conducting garment fittings and quality control.
  • Coordinating production and managing purchase orders.
  • Supporting ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives.

About You:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and a strong technical understanding of garment construction are essential.
  • You're detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
  • Experience in apparel product development or direct international sourcing is a bonus.
  • A comprehensive understanding Technical Garment Construction is a must
