Allied Health Receptionist / Administrator – SereneKids Therapy
Kingsgrove, NSW | Part-time (2 Days/Week – Wed & Fri)
SereneKids Therapy is a paediatric occupational therapy clinic dedicated to empowering children and families.
We're on the lookout for a warm, organised and proactive Clinic Receptionist / Administrator to support our team and families 2 days per week – Wednesdays and Fridays – working alongside our Clinic Coordinator to help keep everything running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the calm centre in a busy clinic, loves systems and service, and wants to be part of a close-knit team that supports children and families to thrive.

Your Role:
- Be the first point of contact for families, delivering warm and professional service
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
- Process payments, send invoices, and support with daily banking
- Manage email and phone communications
- Support therapists with admin, compliance & clinic setup when needed
- Maintain office supplies, organise stock, and support clinic upkeep
- Provide general admin support to therapists and clinic coordinator
- Contribute to a calm, organised and professional environment
What You Bring:
- Experience in an allied health, medical, or therapy clinic is essential
- Strong organisational & multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in PracSuite, Halaxy, Cliniko, or similar clinic management systems
- A proactive, can-do attitude and love for helping others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
