Medical Receptionist

**WHO ARE WE?**

My Sports Chiropractor is a growing healthcare practice located in Kingsgrove NSW. Our purpose is to keep patients active by helping them to overcome injuries that would otherwise prevent them from staying active and healthy. We offer both Sports Chiropractic and Remedial Massage services and cater to all ages and demographics.

**JOB DETAILS**
- Working Friday - Saturday
- Positive attitude toward a healthy lifestyle and work environment.
- 13-15 hours per week.
- Casual or Part-time position, negotiable with successful applicant.
- Training will be provided.
- Good customer service and/or reception experience preferred.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Managing smooth patient flow through the clinic.
- Managing patient appointments via Online booking software.
- Performing general reception duties in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assisting our health practitioners as required on a day-to-day basis.
- Taking payments, including EFTPOS and HICAPS health insurance claims.
- Following up with WorkCover and Medicare
- Managing electronic and hard-copy patient files.
- Maintaining the presentation and ambiance of the clinic.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Have relevant customer service and/or reception experience.
- Possess great organisational and time management skills.
- Have competent computer skills, particularly with Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets. Training will be provided for this as well.
- Enjoy interacting with people and have strong communication skills with a great phone manner.

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

- Kingsgrove, NSW 2208: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
