Disability Services Australia (DSA) support people with physical, intellectual, and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. We provide pathways into independent accommodation and employment (mainstream and supported).

As part of our commitment to safety we recently established a new team of highly experienced Safety and Workers Comp professionals. This is a new role to join the team.

**Your new role**

You will manage end-to-end injury management, early return to work and workers compensation processes enabling DSA to fulfil its strategic objectives. With a proactive focus on early intervention, injury management and workers compensation you will educate Leaders on how to effectively manage such situations. You will deliver an early, safe, and durable return-to-work for staff, following injury or illness.

**About You**

As an experienced WHS professional, you have a sound knowledge of Return to Work, Rehabilitation, Claims Management, Compliance and Risk Management. With exceptional communication skills, you partner closely with the business to drive the change and build strong relationships.
