**About the Role**

The role involves supporting the Sales & Pre-Sales teams as part of the Bid Management process. It would require owning & executing the process in a project managerial capacity while working with stakeholders across different levels of seniority, including C-level executive leadership. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Business Operations Manager.

**Scope of the role**
- Effectively plan, programme and manage the preparation of winning bids including;
- Ensure bid content quality is consistent & coherent
- Response complies with company policies and tender governance procedures,
- Provide clear timelines and drive stakeholder understanding and expectation of their role within the tender response team
- Ensuring bids are submitted on time
- Approach business development and tender submissions in a strategic, long term focused and consistent way
- Drive process to ensure opportunities are registered and are reviewed through go-no-go process in a timely manner
- Develop Tender panel roadmap and ensure tender panels are actively managed to capture new opportunities
- Management Reporting - producing pipeline and win/loss reporting to demonstrate value added by bid and tender team

**About You**

Key Skills & Experience include
- Sound knowledge of government procurement / tendering processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Well-developed skills and experience managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Outstanding attention to details and diligence with strong time management and organisational skills
- A strong understanding of the processes behind bid management and preparing high-quality
- Strong Sales and business acumen
