Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT) builds backyard dreams – and we need someone who can help us dig the first shovel of sand to get it done.

We're looking for a hard-working, hands-on, can-handle-a-shovel-in-the-rain type of Labourer to join our Installations team. If you've got grit, muscle, and pride in doing a job right – this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Setting up pool sites – digging, compacting, levelling, and prepping the base
  • Assisting the team with fibreglass pool installations
  • Loading and unloading equipment and materials
  • Maintaining clean and safe work sites
  • Working outdoors in all conditions (we'll supply the wet weather gear)
  • Learning on the job – we'll train you up if you've got the right attitude

This is real labouring. No hiding in the ute. No fancy titles. Just honest work, good people, and a team that respects effort.

What We're Looking For

  • Physically fit and happy working outdoors all day
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
  • Previous experience in labouring, landscaping, or construction preferred (not essential)
  • White Card (Construction Induction Certificate)
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Bonus points for experience working with concrete, sand, trailers, or pools
