We are looking for a
full-time Sales and Account Executive (Junior to Mid Level)
to join us in Milton.
This is an
in-office, outbound sales role
. You will drive pipeline, run your own deals, and sell across
both our services and technology
. There is no handballing — just real ownership, backed by a capable delivery team.
You will:
- Run high-impact discovery calls and pitch tailored solutions
- Sell both our recruitment services and software
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to renewal
- Collaborate with our incredible specialist teams help you close deals and retain business

- 1 to 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
- Confidence across full-cycle sales
