Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction, architecture, industrial, and shade structure sectors.
  • Generate and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Deliver product presentations and provide technical guidance and support.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies and pricing structures.
  • Work with the marketing team to tailor campaigns for the QLD and NT markets.
  • Reporting & Collaboration
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity and pipeline reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product development, logistics, customer service).
  • Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry events.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in shade fabric, textiles, construction, or related technical products.
  • Strong network across construction, architectural, or industrial textile sectors in QLD and NT.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 50%).
