Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction, architecture, industrial, and shade structure sectors.
- Generate and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Deliver product presentations and provide technical guidance and support.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies and pricing structures.
- Work with the marketing team to tailor campaigns for the QLD and NT markets.
- Reporting & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity and pipeline reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product development, logistics, customer service).
- Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in shade fabric, textiles, construction, or related technical products.
- Strong network across construction, architectural, or industrial textile sectors in QLD and NT.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and travel as needed.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 50%).
