About us

We are a well established FMCG group with exposure to multiple product categories including food, beverage, personal care, health and wellness products. With a national presence over the past 30+ years, we operate across various retail channels including grocery, food service, independents, petrol & convenience and route.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated National Account Manager for Health & Beauty to join our team based in Prestons. This role will be responsible for managing corporate grocery accounts, focusing on building strong partnerships, delivering growth through joint business planning, and unlocking new opportunities.

Key responsibilities include

  • Build and develop existing and new strategic relationships with corporate grocery customers
  • Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and enhance profitability.
  • Coordination and execution of customer joint business plans
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the channel
  • Managing relevant follow ups for customers and delivering strong customer service.
  • Working with the internal Category Manager to understand your customer base in depth and communicate insight driven solutions, based on channel and customer requirements
  • NPD launches – develop initiatives with your team to activate in your channel aligned to state-based plans supporting the introduction of new products and business channels using market insights and work in partnership

What you will bring

  • Experience as a National Account Manager within an FMCG environment, managing corporate grocery accounts
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Be confident with presenting market data to create strategy around new and existing business.
  • The ability to drive, grow, expand and develop new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation
