Senior Commercial & Lending Lawyer - Full time. South Melbourne Office.

We're a growing commercial law firm seeking an experienced lawyer to handle commercial contracts, lending, and conveyancing. You'll manage a small team of paralegals and ensure matters are completed efficiently and correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and finalise commercial contracts and loan agreements
  • Supervise paralegals and delegate workflow to meet deadlines
  • Manage conveyancing matters from start to finish
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Contribute to firm growth and client relationship management

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in commercial or property law
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Confident managing files independently and supervising support staff
  • Experience with private lending or securities preferred
