About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Cook specialising in Chinese cuisine to join our dedicated kitchen team. The successful applicant will work closely with our head chef to ensure food is prepared to the highest standard, supporting both restaurant and external food supply operations.

Key Duties:

  • Prepare, season, and cook authentic Chinese dishes and sauces
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards
  • Assist in planning menus and maintaining stock levels
  • Monitor kitchen hygiene, safety, and food handling compliance
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of full-time relevant cooking experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Chinese regional cuisine
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
