Chinese Chef

Parratech is a leading manufacturing company based in Kings Park, employing approximately 200 staff. We are seeking an experienced Chinese Chef to establish and manage an on-site kitchen to provide high-quality meals for our workforce.

This newly created position offers the opportunity to oversee the full set-up of the kitchen and then lead its daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to design and establish the unique outdoor style kitchen, including equipment, layout, and operational requirements.
• Develop a structured, sustainable and cost-effective menu suitable for large-scale staff lunches.
• Manage procurement of ingredients, supplies, and kitchen resources.
• Prepare and provide fresh, authentic Chinese meals Monday to Friday for staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Maintain high levels of kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Chef with proven experience in Chinese cuisine.
• Experience in catering for large groups or workplace settings is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in menu planning, procurement, and kitchen management.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Commitment to high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
