What We're Looking For:
  • Strong people and telephone skills
  • Ability to process credits accurately
  • Some experience as a Car Parts Interpreter (preferred but not essential)
  • Organised, efficient, and customer-focused
  • A genuine love for cars and the automotive industry
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and assisting customers with parts enquiries
  • Serving customers over the counter in a friendly and professional manner
  • Processing credits and handling parts-related transactions
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
