AHS Group is a well-established, family-owned business and the NSW dealer for Kubota and Case Construction Equipment. We supply premium machinery to the construction and agricultural sectors through a strong dealer network across Sydney and the South Coast.

We're now looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our Ingleburn team. If you're customer-focused, mechanically minded, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this could be the role for you.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Process parts enquiries, orders, and invoicing
  • Interpret spare parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems
  • Assist internal departments (service and sales) with parts requirements
  • Perform stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory
  • General warehousing duties: picking, packing, and receiving parts

We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (construction, agricultural, or automotive)
  • Mechanical aptitude or equipment knowledge is highly regarded
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
