About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our team and work primarily from our Warwick Farm Dealership. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
The position will involve the following:
- Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts and Accessories enquiries
- Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts.
- Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and source parts.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries from dealerships, ensuring part requirements are accurately identified and fulfilled
- Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)
- Assist with stock checking and order processing
- Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service
The successful candidate will need the following:
- Experience with parts or the automotive industry preferred, or an eagerness to learn
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Experience with dealership systems or parts cataloguing is a bonus
