Company Information

Ridgemill is a Project Management firm based in Milton, QLD specialising in client-side construction and fitout projects. The company was established in 1991, and have completed a vast rage of projects over the years. Ridgemill works on projects from initiation to client occupation, with projects ranging from $500,000 - $100,000,000.

Position

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Project Manager to join our team, to be responsible for projects from Project Initiation through to Final Completion, including overall project delivery and conformance of the project to the Clients brief.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Full life cycle management of projects from client appointment to project completion;
  • Managing project resources, including clients, consultants and builders throughout the lifecycle of the project;
  • Effectively providing project advice and support to our clients and within the team.

Experience, skills and personal attributes:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven ability working as a Project Manager in an autonomous role;
  • Construction Project Management degree or Engineering, Architecture of Quantity Surveying degree;
  • Experience working on multiple projects at one time;
  • Team focus with excellent communication skills;
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, working on projects from $0 - $100,000,000;
  • Must be proficient in PC applications including MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and MS Project. Experience with Project Management software is advantageous (UniPhi favourable).
