About the opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of IT Operations and Resilience to oversee the daily management and performance of our Systems Engineering and IT Service Desk teams. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient IT service delivery, with a strong focus on operational resilience and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Systems Engineering and IT Service Desk teams.
  • Drive the delivery of stable, secure, and high-performing technology services.
  • Oversee incident management, operational reporting, and coordination with service providers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
  • Promote a user-focused culture through active engagement with end-users.
  • Ensure operational compliance, risk management, and business continuity.

You can contribute through your:

  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in IT operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing operations teams.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Extensive technical experience, including knowledge of Microsoft stack technologies, Azure Cloud, and AWS technologies.
