We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Officer to join the Networks team in Eagle Farm QLD, on a fixed term contact until January, 2027.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Service Centre, key responsibilities include, understanding customer needs, processing orders or returns, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels
- Understanding customer needs and addressing their inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve escalated customer issues
- Building and nurturing strong customer relationships to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
Your background
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and understand their needs
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Attention to detail to accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Empathy and patience to provide exceptional customer service and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Must be able to use a personal computer and be competent in the Microsoft Office software package, Project, Outlook, Word, Access and Excel
About The Team
Networks manages and operates local distribution networks and transmission pipelines that deliver gas to around 1.4 million households and businesses across Australia.
This is an exciting time for the Networks team, we are growing and expanding with many new projects, including 2032 Olympics. Also, we have a strong culture of continuous improvement and working towards Net Zero with the introduction of renewable green gas into the Gas Networks.
