About the Role:

This role is pivotal to our daily operations and continued success. Main tasks include:

  • General Accounts

  • Liasing with customers in regards to accounts based enquiries

  • Maintain accounts receivable records

  • Proactively following up outstanding accounts
  • Create account reconciliations and monthly statements
  • Construction invoicing

To be successful in this role, the candidate would ideally;


• Have a demonstrated track record of success in an accounts receivable role

• A confident communicator with the ability to engage with diverse client groups

• Evidence of high-level customer service skills

• Self-motivated, positive approach and proven ability to independently manage workloads

• An effective member of a team environment

• High level written and verbal communication skills

• Working knowledge of software programs and accounting packages
