About the Role

We are looking for a highly practical, hands-on Gen AI Intern to help implement Generative AI tools across sales, marketing, operations, talent, and more. This is not a theoretical or research-based role—you will be responsible for testing, implementing, rolling out, and enforcing change management for AI tools that directly enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy AI solutions across different business units, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.

  • Test and refine AI tools for real-world application in sales, marketing, operations, and talent functions.

  • Drive adoption by rolling out AI-powered automation and improving user experience.

  • Train and support teams on AI implementation, ensuring effective usage and measurable business impact.

  • Enforce AI best practices and governance while monitoring performance and optimization.

  • Work within an allocated AI budget, leveraging resources to maximize ROI and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI applications with key business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong technical and practical skills in AI tool deployment and automation.

  • Hands-on experience with Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, AI automation tools, etc.).

  • Ability to execute, not just ideate—you must be comfortable rolling out real-world AI solutions.

  • Experience in change management—ensuring AI adoption across teams.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical execution and results.

  • Fast learner, able to experiment with and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
