Are you an influential advocate for children and passionate about high-quality early education?
Wholechild Early Learning has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Educational Leader to join our leadership team as our current educational leaders are going on maternity leave. The role will be ongoing employment mentoring and driving education and practice. This position includes two dedicated non-contact days per week and the opportunity to work alongside our experienced Educational Mentors across both services.
We are seeking a special candidate—someone who wants to grow, contribute, and lead with authenticity. A leader who believes in nurturing children holistically and embedding practices that build confidence, resilience and wellbeing… The Wholechild Way.
At Wholechild, no two children are the same and we celebrate that. Our curriculum is founded on our unique Five Foundations—supporting social, emotional, physical, cognitive and creative development. Our environment and practices are intentionally designed to foster the deepest possible learning in the most important years of a child's life.
The successful applicant will be a community-minded professional who is inspired by improving outcomes for children, empowering educators, and strengthening family connections every day.

As Educational Leader, you will:
- Lead the Centre's curriculum and pedagogical practices
- Mentor, inspire and support educators to build a positive, passionate culture
- Embed Wholechild's curriculum, policies and regulatory requirements

- Enjoy allocated non-contact time weekly, collaborating with the Operations and Curriculum Manager
- Lead and guide educators with confidence, curiosity and respect
- Draw on your strong knowledge of the NQS and EYLF
- Advocate for quality early education with clear communication and professionalism
Benefits
- Two dedicated non-contact days each week
- Be mentored by an experienced management team and work closely with the Educational Leader at our Coffs Harbour centre
- Attractive remuneration package aligned to experience
- Staff discount on childcare fees
