Appointment Setter

As an appointment setter you will be at the forefront of driving our growth by connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our brokers.

The Role:

As an appointment setter you will be required to contact potential clients to qualify the leads.

Your responsibilities will include:

• qualifying potential leads
• deliver excellent customer service
• schedule appointments for brokers
• manage client data safely and accurately

Part time, 3-4 days per week OR 25 hours per week.

From the office or from home.

Commission structure also available.

What we're looking for:

• a clear communicator
• call centre experience is desired
• experience in loans and banking is desierd
• excellent time management skills
• strong listener with attention to detail
