Current Project

Our flagship project at Mount Gravatt comprises 55 residential units across eight levels with two basement floors, featuring full concrete structure, architectural façades and premium interior finishes.

This landmark project is the cornerstone of Jarl's continued expansion in the high-density residential sector.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to take ownership of this major build and lead future projects within our growing portfolio.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will coordinate all phases — from design management and procurement to on-site delivery and client liaison — ensuring projects meet program, budget, quality and safety objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-storey residential and commercial projects from start to completion
  • Oversee project budgets, programs, risk management and reporting
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration and delivery performance
  • Coordinate consultants, engineers and authorities to resolve design and compliance issues
  • Chair site, client and consultant meetings, maintaining transparent communication
  • Enforce ISO-compliant WHS, Quality and Environmental systems
  • Mentor site teams and contract administrators to drive accountability and performance

About You

  • Minimum 10 years' experience delivering large-scale construction projects valued at $20 million or more
  • Strong technical knowledge of reinforced-concrete structures, services coordination and finishes
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, programs and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent trade background
  • Current QBCC licence or eligibility for Project Manager / Site Supervisor accreditation
  • Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
