Solo Resource Recovery is a fully Australian, family owned and operated business, supplying waste removal and recycling services throughout Australia for over 90 years.

We are continuing to experience growth in our operations in Alexandra Vic, and are currently looking to recruit a driver to operate a Side Arm vehicle (Dual Control) and also undertake the delivery of MGB's (wheelie bins) to our customers/residents in our contract in the Murrindindi region of Victoria. The role is casual, with anticipated days of work Monday to Wednesday with additional hours as needed.

Company

Experience would be preferred but not essential.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • have a HR licence as a minimum;
  • have a good driving history (a current driving record will be required to be presented at the interview);
  • be reliable, honest and a team player;
  • be safety conscious and have the ability to adhere to Company OHS policies and best practice;
  • possess good communications skills;
  • have good attention to detail;
  • have a can-do attitude and enthusiasm.

In accordance with our Company's recruitment process, all successful applicants will be required to undergo a  Pre Employment Medical, which includes a drug test.

A current driving history, with a good driving record will also need to be provided.
