Are you a Clinical Lead looking for a rewarding opportunity with a professional and dedicated team? This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Grade 5) to progress your career, supporting our Clinical Manager with the planning, review and assessment of all aspects of clinical care.

St Vincent's Care Services Bronte is a boutique facility located in one of Sydney's beautiful beachside neighbourhoods. Our 107-bed facility offers a high standard of holistic care as well as specialist dementia accommodation.

This is a permanent part time opportunity with afternoon shifts available Saturday to Tuesday.

Things that work for us:

  • Minimum of 5 years' clinical experience as an RN in aged care, with a passion for person centred, holistic care.

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for continual improvement and ongoing education.

  • Good understanding of the Aged Care standards with a strong commitment to compliance.   

  • Demonstrated collaborative leadership style

  • High level of customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan

  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities

  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check will be required.

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
