Kameleon Group is an NDIS registered Behaviour Support company catering to children, adolescents, and adults across Australia. We provide mobile behaviour support services in various settings, including homes, schools, pre-schools, and community centres. We maintain the highest standards in support, training, and compliance within the industry and offer BCBA/CBA supervision to those pursuing certification.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Lead at Kameleon Group, located in New South Wales, Australia. This position combines in-office and remote work. The Clinical Lead will oversee a small team of practitioners as an integral part of our leadership structure. The role also involves the development and delivery of behaviour support services, implementing individualised behaviour support plans and ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Positive Behaviour Support and Trauma-Informed Care
- Strong ability to develop and implement individualised behaviour support plans
- Experience in clinical supervision, training, and compliance within NDIS standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in Behaviour Support or related fields
- Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., BCBA) is highly beneficial
- Experience in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other disabilities is advantageous
