Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Analyst to join our Owners Corporation team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start their career in property management and analytics. The successful candidate will assist in the analysis and management of owners corporation data, providing valuable insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to owners corporations.
  • Prepare and present reports on financial performance, maintenance schedules, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Current driver's license and vehicle.
  • Prior experience or internships in property management or a related field is beneficial but not required.
