Sales Account Manager

Alpine Nurseries, one of Australia's premier greenlife suppliers, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Dural, NSW.

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with both existing and new landscape clients. Your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring our clients have access to the right stock, pricing, order processing, and delivery support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage Proactively: Connect with customers to understand their challenges and needs, ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

· Manage Customer Portfolio: Take ownership of a diverse portfolio, guiding clients through the extensive offerings of Alpine Nurseries. Work with local councils in supplying greenlife for their small-major projects. (i.e. Streetscapes, sports and recreational facilities and parks)

· Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to delivery.

What We're Looking For:

· Passion for Horticulture: A genuine enthusiasm for greenlife and landscaping.

· Relationship Builder: Ability to cultivate and manage key client relationships effectively.

· Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.

Key Customers

· Local Councils in and around greater Sydney

· Landscape Contractors that service local councils
