Pet Resorts Australia is on the lookout for multi-talented animal enthusiasts to join our team We've got casual roles (up to 5 shifts a week) across a bunch of fun areas — no two days will ever be the same.

Available Roles

Kennel Attendant

You're the behind-the-scenes hero keeping tails wagging — feeding, cleaning, walking, cuddling, and making sure every guest feels loved and comfy.

Doggy Daycare Attendant

Turn playtime into an art form. You'll manage doggy playgroups, pair pups by personality, and make sure everyone's having safe, happy fun.

Pet Taxi Driver

Love the open road (and doggy passengers)? Chauffeur our four-legged friends to and from their homes or the vet. Confidence driving a van in Sydney CBD is a must

Receptionist Extraordinaire

Be the friendly voice and face of Pet Resorts Australia You'll:

• Greet clients and their pets with genuine warmth
• Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
• Help with retail sales and enquiries
• Keep the front desk running smoother than a freshly brushed golden retriever

When We Need You

Our furry guests need care every day — so you'll work on a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays (yep, even Christmas & New Year — the pets don't take a break).

What You'll Do (and Love)

• Mix and match pups into the perfect playgroups
• Provide hands-on care — feeding, walking, cuddles, playtime & enrichment
• Drive our Pet Taxi for pick-ups and drop-offs
• Help with reception, customer service, and bookings
• Keep everything spotless, safe, and welcoming for our guests

You'll Fit Right In If You:

• Are comfortable with dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes & sass levels
• Are friendly, reliable, and love chatting with people and pets alike
• Don't mind weekends or holidays — that's when the fun happens
• Are an Australian citizen or permanent resident

Bonus Points For:

• 12+ months of hands-on animal care experience (kennels, shelters, vet clinics, etc.)
• Great animal handling & behaviour knowledge
• Understanding of infection control & cleaning standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Quick to pick up tech and booking systems
