About the role:

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building lasting client partnerships, and driving sustainable growth for the business. You'll work closely with our operations team to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring our clients receive top-quality service every time.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify business opportunities and convert leads into sales
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Prepare proposals and quotations in line with client needs
  • Collaborate with the operations team to deliver seamless service
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (construction or equipment hire industry highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Current driver's licence (essential)
