**Invoicing Administrator**

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- To invoice the Orion Group's cost incurred from weekly and monthly payroll using Navision software.
- Send invoices to clients under clients invoicing procedures.
- Receive and deal with invoice queries direct from clients.
- Receive and deal with internal group queries, accounts and credit control department.
