Located in Melbourne's South-East, this educational institution is seeking an HR Advisor to support a high-volume workload through to the end of December. The role will focus on contract drafting, HRIS data entry, and contractual employment changes, while also assisting with recruitment, system facilitation, and workflow coordination. Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working closely with the P&C team, you'll help manage increased HR processing demands. To excel in this role, you'll be detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Officer, ideally within an educational institution.
  • Highly capable of managing high-volume HR administrative tasks, including contract preparation, employment changes, and HRIS data updates.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems, and experience in Aurion is a bonus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Quick to learn, proactive in asking questions, and confident in troubleshooting.
