Our client, a leading accounting firm with a strong presence on the Gold Coast, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Client Services Officer to join their Southport office. Known for its energetic and professional vibe, this location offers the convenience of city-centre amenities, easy public transport access and a fast-paced, collaborative office culture. 

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for client communication, preparation of compliance documents, ATO/ASIC correspondence, client onboarding and admin support for workflow management for internal and offshore teams. You'll be working closely with a friendly, high-performing team.  

This opportunity suits candidates with a background in admin within accounting or finance, excellent coordination and communication abilities and confidence working with common business software and digital platforms used in professional services.
