Are you someone who thrives on keeping things in order, supporting a busy team, and making sure the little details don't slip through the cracks? We're looking for a Branch Administration & Support Officer to be the heartbeat of our Tullamarine branch providing hands-on administrative and operational support to keep the wheels turning. 


• Be the go-to support for our Field Operations Team, helping streamline processes and improve efficiency 

• Manage stationery, uniforms, and parts ordering to keep our projects moving. 

• Assist with building and maintenance requirements when they arise 

• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to keep communication flowing 

• Support data, reporting, and metrics for branch performance and job progress 

• Contribute to the safe and smooth running of the branch by championing safety and teamwork 


• Be a Safety Ambassador, promoting our culture of care and responsibility. 


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a friendly, approachable manner 

• Strong organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills 

• Confidence using MS Office and digital tools to manage reporting and admin tasks 

• A proactive mindset – you don't wait to be told, you see what's needed and get it done 

• A collaborative spirit – you enjoy helping people and being part of a team that support each other.
