About Us

Juniper & Pine is a modern café and restaurant in the heart of Brighton, SA, offering fresh, flavorful dishes and warm hospitality. We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations including customer service, staff management, and shift coordination.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.
  • Monitor budgets, sales performance, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve any service issues promptly.
  • Maintain staff rosters, supervise training, and ensure team efficiency.
  • Uphold high standards of presentation, hygiene, and service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Restaurant or Café Manager).
  • Must hold a valid Responsible Person (RP) certificate or Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, stock management, and front-of-house operations.
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
