**Key Responsibilities**
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our team at Hurricane's Grill, Brighton Le Sands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a _positive ‘can do attitude'_, _an outgoing friendly personality and _strong leadership skills.
- A minimum of 2 years’ restaurant experience managing teams of 15 - 40 people
- The ability to lead, mentor and train staff
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good food and wine knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast paced & pressurized environment
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Knowledge of work, health and safety compliance
- A passion and love for hospitality
- A valid RSA

This is a full time position. You need to be reliable and be able to work a rotating 7 day roster which includes weekends and evenings.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
