About the Role:

We are seeking a polished and professional Restaurant Hostess/Host to join our team on a casual basis, with potential for full-time hours. As the first point of contact for guests, you'll be the face and voice of Ammos—creating a seamless and welcoming experience both in person and over the phone.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume, premium dining venues and be confident managing reservations using SevenRooms or a similar system. You'll have excellent communication skills, be confident on the phone and via email, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest communications through SevenRooms.
• Handle guest enquiries via phone and email in a polished, timely manner.
• Liaise with management and service teams to ensure smooth service operations.
• Maintain a professional and inviting front-of-house presence.

About You:

• Experience as a restaurant host, reservations agent, or guest relations professional (premium dining preferred).
• Proficiency in SevenRooms or a similar platform.
• Excellent phone manner and written communication skills.
• Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and busy service periods.
