About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager who can run the business as if it were their own. You will take full control of daily operations, leading the team, managing product flow, driving sales and maintaining impeccable standards. This is not a role for someone who just wants to follow systems. It is for a leader who thrives on pace, change and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all store operations including ordering, rostering, stock control and presentation

* Build and lead a strong, service-focused team

* Monitor performance and margins to maximise profitability

* Ensure the highest quality and freshness standards across all categories

* Adapt quickly to seasonal and market opportunities

* Work closely with the senior management team on growth and strategy

Skills and Experience

* Proven experience managing a supermarket, fresh food or green grocery environment

* Strong commercial acumen with hands-on leadership

* Passion for premium fresh produce and exceptional customer service

* Fast-paced, adaptable and able to make decisions on the fly

* Ability to train, inspire and hold your team accountable
